Government fee included. Filed within 1 business day. Deadline monitored every year.

When Is the Saskatchewan Annual Return Due?

Saskatchewan annual returns are due one month after the anniversary of incorporation — in practice, the last day of the month following your anniversary month. ISC's own example: a corporation incorporated on 15 July is due every year by 31 August.

This is a much shorter window than many owners expect, and shorter than several other provinces. If you have been working to a three-month assumption, check your anniversary date now.

Who Must File?

All corporations incorporated under The Business Corporations Act (Saskatchewan), plus extra-provincial corporations registered in Saskatchewan, must file annually — including inactive corporations.

What Information Is Required?

  • Full legal name and Saskatchewan Corporation Number
  • Registered office and records office address (must be in Saskatchewan)
  • Names and addresses of current directors and officers
  • Number of shareholders

How to File

Saskatchewan annual returns are filed through ISC Online at isc.ca.

Steps:

  1. Log in to ISC Online
  2. Search for and access your corporation
  3. Select "File Annual Return"
  4. Update director and address information if needed
  5. Pay ISC's filing fee
  6. Receive confirmation

Government Fee

ISC sets the Saskatchewan annual return fee and publishes it in its Corporate Registry fee schedule, which it revises periodically — most recently with effect from 15 April 2026. Late annual returns attract an additional late fee. We quote one all-in price that includes whatever ISC currently charges, so you are not exposed to a schedule change between reading this and filing.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to file results in non-compliance status, followed by notice of intent to dissolve, and ultimately administrative dissolution. Revival requires a separate application and additional fees.

File Your Saskatchewan Annual Return Without an ISC Online Login

CRS files Saskatchewan annual returns directly through ISC (Information Services Corporation) on your behalf. You don't need an ISC Online account, and you don't need to navigate the ISC portal yourself — we prepare the return, file it before your deadline at the end of the month following your anniversary month, and email you the ISC confirmation for your records.

Turnaround: 1 business day from order. Price: $159 + applicable tax — all-in, including ISC's filing fee.
